In our efforts to bring you the ring of your dreams, we carry a wide array of models in all different shapes and sizes. Our stock contains many different kinds of wood, metals, designs, and other accessories so that we can cater to all of our customer’s needs. However, sometimes you want something specific enough to reflect exactly who you (or your significant other) are on the inside. That’s why we offer the ability to customize anything in stock so that it fits your vision perfectly. Let’s look at which parts of your ring can be customized.
One of the most popular options that people customize is the ring width. Some people like a ring that is wide, takes up a large portion of the base of their finger, and grabs a lot of attention, other people like thin ones that don’t feel so heavy on the finger and allow for better movement. Whatever your preference, we can hand craft it to perfection.
This is far and away one of the top options for customizations. People love to put inscriptions on their rings. It could be a secret thing between you and your partner, or perhaps a song lyric that is important to you both. It could even be your names. Nothing makes a ring more precious than knowing that you are the only one in the world with it.
For our wood rings, we use an ink transfer technique that seals the inscription on to the ring so it won’t fade, while inscriptions on our metal-lined rings are etched in according to standard professional jewelry practices.
The inlay is the belt that goes around the ring located roughly in the middle of the band. This is one of the most important features because it adds character to the work, and is often the first thing that sticks out at people when they see it. You can choose to have a stone or type of wood in there if you’d like, or you could choose a different color combination if we don’t have it in a model currently in stock.
When it comes to inlays, we offer centered or offset. We also have a laser that allows us to create intricate designs and patterns (see our celtic braid ring – this is our most popular). You can also work with a graphic designer to get a pattern created and put onto your ring.
Our goal is to provide you with the ring of your dreams. As such, we also offer you the chance to send in your own materials – wood or stone, depending if we believe we can use it. As per our ethics and belief doing no harm, we don’t take precious gemstones such as diamonds or family stone, however.
A special occasion calls for a special work of craftsmanship. If you don’t see exactly what you want in our stock, then let us know. Now that you know which parts of your ring can be customized, talk to our experts and let us help make your dreams come true.
